Base Material Processing: Wood is cleaned and leveled, moisture content not exceeding 15%.
Application Method: Recommended to apply at temperatures above 5°C. If the product has a high viscosity, add 10% by volume of turpentine for thinning, ensuring thorough mixing. It can be applied by dipping, brushing, spraying, rolling, or wiping. This product is suitable for all visible oil-based color card systems if additional pigment is needed.
Brushing Area: Theoretical brushing 16-19㎡ / 1 liter (one coat), wood absorption varies, resulting in different paint consumption.
Drying Time: Surface dry in 3-6 hours, fully dry in 12-24 hours.
Refined tung oil is derived from the seeds of the tung tree, obtained through pressing. This initial product, raw tung oil, is then heat-refined and polymerized to create a drying oil, known as refined tung oil.
