Material Processing: Wood is cleaned and leveled, moisture content not exceeding 15%.
Application Method: Recommend painting at temperatures above 5°C. If the product has high viscosity, add 10% by volume. Thin with turpentine and mix thoroughly. Dipping, brushing, spraying, rolling, and wiping are all applicable. This product is suitable for all visible oil-based color card systems if color adjustment is needed.
Brushable Area: Theoretical coverage is 16-19㎡ per liter (one coat), wood absorption varies, resulting in different paint consumption.
Drying Time: Surface dry in 3-6 hours, fully dry in 12-24 hours.
R桐 oil is derived from the seeds of the tung tree, obtained through pressing, known as raw tung oil. After the raw tung oil is treated with high-temperature heat to polymerize, it becomes a drying oil, which is referred to as refined tung oil.
