Please note

l  Do not fill the recirculating heater or chilled water unit with water; use the recommended fluid only.

l  Always leave sufficient fluid space in the heater storage tank to allow for fluid thermal expansion.

l  While heating the jacket, always keep the system vacuum line or drain valve open.

l  Always ensure that your vacuum pump and diffusion pump fluids are clean and within the specified limits.
