Product Overview
TB600B Series HCNThe detection module integrates numerous high-precision German detection technologies and the design philosophy of the German team. It employs the compact German EC Sense solid polymer sensor, one of the smallest in the global electrochemical field. It can accurately detect gas concentrations, replacing our sense of smell and achieving precise monitoring. The UART digital signal output eliminates the need for customers to understand sensor applications and the cumbersome calibration process.
Principle of Testing
Solid-state polymer electrochemical sensing technology represents an innovation in the field of electrochemical detection. This technology is based on the electrochemical gas detection principle, measuring various gases that can be chemically decomposed. The sensor consists of three electrodes in contact with the electrolyte, typically composed of noble metals with large surface areas and other materials. The electrodes, electrolyte, and ambient air come into contact, allowing gases to diffuse into the sensor's working electrodes through a porous membrane. On these electrodes, the gases are oxidized or reduced, and this electrochemical reaction generates a current through the external circuit.
