
I. Product Overview
The JH-FX Gas Analyzer is primarily used for gas detection in enclosed environments such as pipelines and reactors. The configuration is determined based on the customer's on-site process conditions, operating parameters, and analysis components, varying with different processes.
The gas analyzer is primarily composed of a water storage filter, pneumatic diaphragm pump, water-resistant filter, flowmeter, pressure regulator valve, eddy current condenser, and gas detector - a complete sampling and processing system, along with a calibration system. The components of the pretreatment system are made of corrosion-resistant materials. The gas sample to be tested undergoes sampling, condensation and water removal, oil removal, dust removal, pressure increase or decrease, and is then delivered to the gas detector as a constant flow or pressure sample. The gas detector is the core part of this analysis system, monitoring the gas content inside the measured space in real-time. It automatically alarms and reminds, and controls automatically when the gas content exceeds the standard.
