Product Overview
The TB600C series is an intelligent digital gas sensor module based on smart gas sensor technology and intelligent algorithm calculations. The TB600C gas sensor module is suitable for both indoor and outdoor industrial applications. It can detect gases, temperature, and humidity while simultaneously receiving all data. Data is output via transmission commands for easy identification of correct maintenance and replacement times. Each sensor module is professionally calibrated with gas, and calibration information is stored in a flash memory chip. The sensor module features an I2C or UART (TTL 3.3V) output interface, allowing for easy integration with various devices and systems.
Principle of Testing
Solid polymer electrochemical technology is an innovation in the field of electrochemical detection. This technology is based on the principle of electrochemical catalytic reactions, detecting the output signals of electrochemical reactions of different gases, and accurately measuring the concentration of gases through these signals. The sensor consists of three electrodes that come into contact with the electrolyte, with a typical electrode composed of a noble metal with a large surface area and other materials. The electrode, electrolyte, and surrounding air interact, allowing gases to diffuse into the working electrode. Here, the gases are oxidized, generating a current that is proportional to the gas concentration.
