The TB600C series is an intelligent digital gas sensor module based on smart gas sensor technology and intelligent algorithm calculations.
TB600C Gas Sensor Module is suitable for both indoor and outdoor industrial applications. It can detect gas, temperature, and humidity, while simultaneously receiving all data. Data is transmitted via command messages.
Output for easy identification of correct maintenance and replacement times. Each sensor module has been professionally calibrated with gas.
Calibration information is stored in a flash memory chip. The sensor module features an I2C or UART (TTL 3.3V) output interface, allowing for easy integration with various equipment and systems.
Principle of Detection
Solid polymer electrochemical sensing technology represents an innovation in the field of electrochemical detection techniques.
The technology is based on the electrochemical gas detection principle, measuring various gases that can be chemically decomposed.
The sensor consists of three electrodes in contact with the electrolyte, with typical electrodes being composed of noble metals with a large surface area and other materials.
Electrodes, electrolytes, and surrounding air come into contact, with gases diffusing through the porous membrane to the working electrode of the sensor.
Gas is oxidized or reduced on this electrode, and this electrochemical reaction generates a current that flows through the external circuit.
