Principle of electrochemical detection. It involves placing two reaction electrodes, a working electrode and a counter electrode, as well as a reference electrode, in a specific electrolyte.
Then, apply sufficient voltage between the reaction electrodes to enable an oxidation-reduction reaction to occur in the gas to be tested, which passes through a heavy metal catalyst film.
Measure the current produced during gas electrolysis through the circuit system of the instrument, and then the microprocessor calculates the gas concentration.
