Structural Features:

The main components of the custom stainless steel liquid nitrogen tank are made of austenitic stainless steel, featuring excellent low-temperature performance, attractive appearance, and high strength, suitable for use in various environments. The tank employs a high vacuum, multi-layer insulation structure, with adsorbents installed in the vacuum cavity to maintain its vacuum level over a long period. The tank lid consists of a cap and a core plug, where the core plug is made of high-performance insulating rigid foam plastic, serving dual functions of reducing liquid nitrogen evaporation and securing the lifting cylinder. To minimize evaporation of liquid nitrogen in the tank's operational state, the lifting cylinder is made of stainless steel. The lifting rod and rod tube assembly are connected with glass fiber reinforced plastic tubes, enhancing the insulation performance. The upper part of the liquid nitrogen tank is equipped with positioning rings, where the lifting cylinder is fixed through slots on the positioning rings and convex seats at the bottom of the inner tank, ensuring stable operation and safe handling and long-distance transportation. The outer surface of the container is polished for an aesthetically pleasing and elegant appearance.
