YDK series liquid nitrogen tanks, primarily used for cold assembly, cold treatment, and storage of animal semen. They are also suitable for storing blood plasma, skin, internal organs, vaccines, microorganisms, and more. Additionally, they find applications in the study of physical properties of metals, space technology, and the electronics industry.
Structural Features:
The main components of the custom stainless steel liquid nitrogen tank are made of austenitic stainless steel, featuring excellent low-temperature performance, attractive appearance, and high strength, suitable for use in various environments. The tank is constructed with a high-vacuum, multi-layer insulation structure, and the vacuum cavity is equipped with adsorbents to maintain its vacuum level over a long period. The tank lid consists of a cap and a core plug, with the core plug made of high-performance insulating rigid foam plastic, serving dual functions of reducing liquid nitrogen evaporation and securing the lifting cylinder. To minimize evaporation of liquid nitrogen in the tank's operational state, the lifting cylinder is made of stainless steel. The lifting rod and rod sleeve assembly are connected by a glass fiber reinforced plastic tube, enhancing the insulation properties. The top of the liquid nitrogen tank is fitted with a positioning ring, and the lifting cylinder is secured through slots in the positioning ring and the convex seat at the bottom of the inner tank, ensuring stability for safe handling and long-distance transportation. The outer surface of the container is polished for a sleek and attractive appearance.
