The HB standard industrial gearbox features an acoustic chamber structure, a larger surface area of the housing, and a large fan. Both cylindrical gears and spiral bevel gears are milled using advanced technology, resulting in improved temperature rise, reduced noise, increased operational reliability, and enhanced power transmission.

Industrial gearboxes feature a universal design scheme, achieving parallel and perpendicular shaft universal housings. This reduces the variety of parts while increasing the range of specifications and models.

Gearboxes are available in 3 to 26 models, featuring 1 to 4 reduction stages and a speed ratio of 1.25 to 450.

Installation Methods: Base Mounting, Hollow Shaft Mounting, Swivel Base Mounting, Torque Arm Mounting.

Input Method: Motor-connected Flange, shaft input.

Output Methods: Solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with expansion disk coupling, hollow shaft with spline coupling, solid shaft with spline coupling, and solid shaft with flange coupling.

Reverse restrictors available upon customer request. Can be combined with R and K series for greater speed ratio.
