The HB standard industrial gearbox features an acoustic box structure, a larger surface area of the housing, and a large fan. Both cylindrical gears and spiral bevel gears are processed using advanced hobbing technology, resulting in reduced temperature rise, noise levels, and improved operational reliability of the entire unit, along with increased power transmission.
Industrial gearboxes utilize a general design scheme, enabling parallel and perpendicular shaft universal housings, reducing part types while increasing specifications and models.
Gearboxes are available in sizes 3 to 26, with 1 to 4 reduction stages and a speed ratio of 1.25 to 450.
Installation Methods: Base Mounting, Hollow Shaft Mounting, Swivel Base Mounting, Torque Arm Mounting.
Input Method: Motor Connection Flange, shaft input.
Output Types: Solid shafts with flat keys, hollow shafts with flat keys, hollow shafts with expansion disc connections, hollow shafts with spline connections, solid shafts with spline connections, and solid shafts with flange connections.
Available for reverse stopper upon customer's request. Combined with R, K series for a wider speed ratio.
