The F series parallel-axis helical gear reducer uses 20CrMnTi gear material, which is carbonitrided for a surface hardness of 58-62HRC. After gear grinding, the precision reaches 6 levels, ensuring product reliability and low noise. The reducer power ranges from 0.09KW to 160KW, with output torque from 20N.M to 15000N.M. The speed ratio can be 4.3-273 (with a 4-pole motor), and it can be divided into two-speed (transmission efficiency up to 96%) or three-speed (transmission efficiency up to 94%) options. Lower output speeds can be achieved with a 6-pole or 8-pole motor. For even lower speeds, a two-speed reducer combination can be used, offering a lower output speed (over 10,000 speed ratios). An infinitely variable speed drive can be added to the input end for further speed adjustments. The installation types include vertical and horizontal, with output shafts available in solid, hollow (or custom made), allowing installation and use in various orientations and with reversible operation. Additionally, various types of motors can be paired, including standard, single-phase, explosion-proof, variable frequency, and braking motors. The F series parallel-axis helical gear reducer is widely used in food and grain machinery, printing and packaging equipment, multi-story parking equipment, environmental protection equipment, conveying equipment, chemical equipment, metallurgical and mining equipment, iron and steel power equipment, and more (replacing bevel gear reducers in the market to meet higher requirements).
