The K series helical bevel gear reducer uses 20CrMnTi for all gear materials, which are carbonitrided for surface hardness of 58-62HRC. After gear grinding, the precision reaches 6 levels. Specifically, high-speed arc gears and bevel gears are ground after precision carburization to achieve over 75% contact on the gear surface, ensuring product reliability and low noise. The main transmission parts of the reducer are equipped with imported bearings, and the sealing parts use Taiwanese skeleton oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 220KW, with output torque up to 120N.M to 42000N.M. The speed ratio can be from 8 to 190 (with a 4-pole motor), and lower output speeds can be achieved with 6 or 8-pole motors. For even lower output speeds, a two-stage reducer combination can be used, offering a lower speed ratio of over 10,000. Variable speed can be achieved by adding an infinitely variable speed drive at the input end. Output types include vertical and horizontal, with solid and hollow output shafts (or custom-made), allowing installation and use in various orientations and angles, with reversible operation. Additionally, various types of motors can be matched, including standard motors, single-phase motors, explosion-proof motors, variable-frequency motors, and brake motors. The K series helical-bevel gear reducer is widely used in food grain machinery, printing and packaging machinery, multi-story parking equipment, environmental protection machinery, conveying equipment, chemical equipment, metallurgical and mining equipment, iron and steel power equipment, road construction machinery, and more.
