The R series helical gear reducer uses 20CrMnTi for all gear materials, treated with carburization, achieving a gear surface hardness of 58-62HRC. After gear grinding, the precision reaches 6 levels, ensuring the reliability and low noise of the reducer. The main transmission parts of the reducer are equipped with imported bearings, and sealing elements are Taiwan's frame oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 160KW, with output torque from 20N.M to 14800N.M. The speed ratio can be from 1.6 to 264 (with a 4-pole motor), offering single, double, or triple stage transmission options (efficiency up to 98%, 96%, and 94% respectively). Lower output speeds can be achieved with 6-pole or 8-pole motors. For even lower speeds, a two-stage reducer combination can be used, providing a wide speed ratio. Variable speed can be achieved by adding an infinitely variable speed drive at the input end. The output types include vertical and horizontal, with solid and hollow shafts (or custom-made) available for installation in various orientations and angles, and can be used in both forward and reverse directions. The reducer is compatible with various types of motors (including standard, single-phase, explosion-proof, variable-frequency, and braking motors). The R series helical gear reducer is widely used in food and grain machinery, printing and packaging machinery, multi-story parking equipment, environmental protection machinery, conveying equipment, chemical equipment, metallurgical and mining equipment, iron and steel power equipment, and more (replacing planetary pinion reducers in the market to meet higher requirements).
