S Series Helical Gear-Worm Gearbox - The gearbox features hard teeth helical gears-worm gears, all gears made of 20CrMnTi, carbonitrided for hardness up to 58-62HRC, and post-machining accuracy up to 6 levels. Special grinding on the worm after precision carburizing ensures over 75% contact surface area, guaranteeing product reliability and low noise. The main drive components of the gearbox are equipped with imported bearings, and sealing parts use Taiwanese skeleton oil seals. Power ratings range from 0.09KW to 55KW, with output torque from 60N.M to 10200N.M, and speed ratios from 15 to 390 (with 4-pole motors); lower output speeds can be achieved with 6 or 8-pole motors. For even lower output speeds, a two-stage gearbox combination can be used, providing a lower speed ratio (over 10,000). An infinitely variable speed drive can be added to the input end for further speed adjustment. Output types include vertical and horizontal, with self-locking functionality. Output shafts are available in solid and hollow designs (or custom made), allowing installation and use at various orientations and angles, with the ability to operate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. Additionally, various types of motors can be paired, including standard motors, single-phase motors, explosion-proof motors, variable frequency motors, and braking motors.
