The electrostatic aluminum-plastic separator is a specialized machine for recycling aluminum-plastic composite materials, widely used in the treatment of waste aluminum-plastic films, pharmaceutical packaging materials, and more. Due to their excellent physical and chemical properties, aluminum-plastic composites are extensively used in packaging, construction, and electronics. However, when these materials are discarded, traditional recycling methods struggle to effectively separate the aluminum and plastic components.
The electrostatic aluminum-plastic separator achieves effective separation of aluminum from plastic through the principle of electrostatic separation. Its working principle mainly consists of three steps: crushing, screening, and electrostatic separation. Firstly, the waste aluminum-plastic materials are crushed into granules. Then, different sizes of particles are separated through screening. Subsequently, the electrostatic separation technique is employed to separate aluminum and plastic based on their different electrical properties. Aluminum usually has good conductivity, while plastic is an insulator. Under the influence of the electric field, aluminum and plastic will move along different paths, thereby achieving separation.
