A static aluminum-plastic separator is a specialized machine used for recycling aluminum-plastic composite materials, widely applied in the processing of waste aluminum-plastic films, pharmaceutical packaging materials, and more. Due to their excellent physical and chemical properties, aluminum-plastic composites are extensively used in packaging, construction, and electronics. The electrostatic aluminum-plastic separator achieves effective separation of aluminum from plastic through electrostatic separation principles. Its working principle includes three main steps: crushing, screening, and electrostatic separation. Firstly, the used aluminum-plastic materials are crushed into granules. Then, they are separated by size through screening. Subsequently, utilizing electrostatic separation technology, separation is based on the different electrical properties of aluminum and plastic. Aluminum typically has good conductivity, while plastic is an insulator. Under the influence of the electric field, aluminum and plastic move along different paths, thus achieving separation.
