The anti-corrosion coating for steel-lined pipes is a domestically produced modified epoxy powder coating, which features strong adhesion, smooth surface, corrosion resistance, and non-scaling. The pipe connections use special connectors, which are made from special heat-resistant insulation materials and processed through special techniques. During on-site welding, the heat cannot be directly transferred to the coating on the inner surface of the joint, ensuring that the welding joint maintains the integrity of the anti-corrosion layer, achieving corrosion protection for the entire pipeline.
Connectors are equipped with heat and oil-resistant rubber seals and mechanical sight seals. Field connections are made with special sealing compounds, ensuring no leakage at 25MP pipe pressure. The pipeline is complete and can be used in unordered directions and environments. The development of the inner plastic pipeline has been launched into the market, filling a domestic gap and obtaining a national technical patent. Widely used in oilfield tertiary oil recovery, polymer injection pipelines, and oil-containing wastewater pipelines. It has completely solved the repair problem of anti-corrosion steel pipe welding joints below DN300, replacing anti-corrosion steel pipes such as stainless steel and glass fiber. It offers reasonable pricing, ease of construction, and can extend the service life of pipelines.
