We use domestically produced modified epoxy powder coating for anti-corrosion on steel lined pipes, which features strong adhesion, smooth surface, excellent corrosion resistance, and no scaling. The pipe connections are made with special connectors, which are made from high-temperature insulation materials and processed through special techniques. During on-site welding, heat is not directly transferred to the coating on the internal surface of the joint, ensuring the integrity of the anti-corrosion layer, and achieving overall corrosion protection for the entire pipeline.

Connectors are equipped with heat and oil-resistant rubber seals and mechanical sight seals. Field connections are made with special sealant to ensure no leakage at 25MP pipe pressure. The pipelines are complete and can be used in unordered directions and environments. The development of inner plastic pipelines has been launched into the market, filling a domestic gap and obtaining a national patent. They are widely used in polymer injection pipelines and oil-containing sewage pipelines. They have completely solved the repair issue of anti-corrosion steel pipe welding joints below DN300, replacing stainless steel, glass fiber, and other anti-corrosion steel pipes. They offer reasonable pricing, ease of installation, and can extend the service life of pipelines.
