Our company's自主研发HQY-96 Plastic Ball Indentation Hardness Tester, featuring automatic loading, timing selection, deformation collection methods, and replacing the commonly used digital block display with a touchscreen color display in Chinese characters. This allows operators to perform test operations based on the Chinese character prompts on the LCD screen after startup, facilitating user operation. The parameters of the Plastic Ball Indentation Hardness Tester comply with the provisions of relevant standards such as GB3398.1-08 Plastic Hardness Test, Part 1: Ball Indentation Method, and ISO 2039-1-2001 Plastic Hardness Test, Part 1: Ball Indentation Method.

Four Working Principle:
HQY-96 Plastic Ball Indentation Hardness Tester, according to the relevant requirements of the standard, measures the average pressure on the unit indentation area after the indentation head (mounted with a specified diameter steel ball) is vertically pressed into the sample surface under a given test load by the loading device, and held for a certain period of time. The pressure is expressed in kgf/mm² or N/mm².
The ball indentation hardness value is calculated according to the following formula:
