I. Product Introduction:
The HRZ series fluoroplastic melt index tester is our upgraded model, primarily used for testing the melt index of materials with strong corrosiveness like fluoropolymers (Teflon), PVC, etc., which contain strong fluorides, acids, and alkalis. Due to the special nature of the materials, the internal components are made of original German imported alloy materials. This instrument meets the requirements of GB/T3682-2018 standard. The main parameters of the melt index tester also comply with ISO1133-2011, ASTM1238, JIS, and other standards. It is widely used in the production of special plastics, as well as in related educational institutions, research units, and inspection and quarantine departments.

Built-in mini printer for printing test data
Dual-temperature control system featuring dual imported heating coils and dual imported PT100 platinum resistance sensors. Independent temperature control for upper and lower sections to enhance test accuracy and temperature stability.
