This thermoplastic product is a base material, compounded with modified resins, mixed solvents, and anti-aging agents, to form a one-component geotextile membrane adhesive. The adhesive is primarily used for bonding PE/HDPE/PP/PVC geotextile membranes. Geotextile is a new type of synthetic material for geotechnical applications, known as the "Fourth Building Material" following steel, cement, and wood. Geotextile has been widely used in developed countries in projects such as water conservation, transportation, agriculture, leakage prevention, and environmental pollution prevention, saving water resources, preventing water leakage, and environmental pollution. Appearance: Black solid; Peel Strength (2h) ≥ 4.0 kN•m-1 (or membrane break); Shear Strength (2h) ≥ 0.4 MPa (or membrane break); Construction Temperature: -10℃ to 70℃; Product Life: Over 50 years; Storage Life: Over 30 years; Packaging Volume: 35CM x 25CM x 25CM; Packaging Weight: 20KG. Instructions for Use of Geotextile Composite Adhesive: 1. This product is an elastic black thermoplastic solid with stable molecular structure. 2. Prior to use, the product must be melted, and it can be used for brushing when it transitions from solid to liquid. 3. Heating temperature should be above 160 degrees, and the product can be directly placed in a metal container for open flame heating (gas, liquefied gas, electric stove). 4. Stop heating when the product is completely melted to prevent overheating and affect the bonding effect. 5. The product can be brushed or dipped in adhesive, and it works best when it can be drawn into threads. 6. After brushing the seams, press the composite surface until it cools.
