V. Working Principle
Standard filters, such as corner and Y-shaped filters, provide barrier filtration for granular sediments and some suspended particles, but are ineffective against large amounts of pollutants in water quality, like iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) ions. While sand bed filtration and membrane filtration technologies significantly enhance filtration efficiency, both suffer from high head loss, making them unsuitable for direct application in closed-loop water systems.
The Yellow Rust Water Processor is primarily composed of three parts: a digital radio frequency generator, a radio frequency transducer, and an active filter element. The radio frequency generator consists of a power supply, electronic components, a specialized imported MOTO integrated module from the USA, and a radiator.
The KDST-HXS series yellow rust water treatment unit is a new water treatment product independently developed and produced by our company, taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of similar market products. It retains the original mechanical variable orifice filter layer and the composite filtration method of active iron filter membrane, utilizing the surface filtration principle to form a trapping layer, effectively intercepting large particles and suspended matter.
Simultaneously utilizing electrical energy to generate a field effect, it adsorbs ions such as Fe and Mn in their ionic form. At this point, the intercepting layer acts as a "siting" layer to form a sedimentation layer, reducing the dissolved ions' flow velocity from V to 0. This achieves the purpose of effectively controlling water quality turbidity, color, and collecting and discharging impurities.
Next, through power-off flushing, impurities within the stored dirt layer are排出 from the system, achieving the purpose of purifying the water quality.
On top of that, a silicate-phosphate crystal dosing pump has been added. Silicate-phosphate crystals excel in descaling, corrosion prevention, reducing water turbidity, and improving water quality, enhancing the treatment quality and speed of this equipment over what was previously unaddressed.
Silicon phosphate crystals are an economical and effective water treatment agent for protecting drinking water and industrial water system pipelines. They utilize controlled release technology, primarily composed of polyphosphates and polysilicates. Composed of active ingredients, these are glassy beads formed through high-temperature technology, with essential minerals such as calcium, zinc, and magnesium added during the manufacturing process, which are necessary for daily human consumption. Water treated with silicon phosphate crystals is a good natural way to supplement minerals for the human body. Silicon phosphate crystals play a positive role in preventing corrosion, scaling, and extending the service life of industrial water systems.

3. Model Description

Section 8: Selection Instructions
Equipment Selection
Prior to equipment selection, the user must provide a water quality analysis report for the system to be treated. The test items should at least include: color, turbidity, suspended solids, pH value, chloride, dissolved oxygen, Fe, Mn, and other indicators.
(2) Prior to equipment selection, it is essential to clearly define parameters such as filter accuracy, working pressure, working temperature, direction of water inlets and outlets, and waste discharge method.
(3). When using our company's "Sterilizer," "Scale Inhibitor," and "Corrosion Inhibitor" in a recirculating water system, it is recommended to also select the "Yellow Rust Water Processor" for better water purification results.
2. Equipment Installation
Installation Method:
DN150 and below pipe diameter: Can be suspended or mounted on brackets.
DN200 and above pipe size: Simply install on the ground, placing it directly on the surface and connecting it to the pipeline.
(2). Install bypass piping to ensure that the system is not affected when the filter is being cleaned or in the event of a malfunction.
Normal operation of the system.
(3). Installation Location: Should be installed at the lower part of the treatment system or on the return water pipeline of the circulation system; the operating pressure at the installation point should be greater than 0.25MPa; to meet the requirements of waste water discharge.
(4). Pay attention to the arrow direction on the housing during installation (it should be horizontal or downward, aligned with the flow direction of the medium).
(5). Filters and water treatment equipment should be installed before the water treatment equipment's inlet.
3. Equipment Usage
(1). After the system is installed, pipeline cleaning should be performed. During cleaning, the pipeline should be knocked to remove
Soot and debris adhering to the inner wall of the pipe should be cleaned from the filter after the system's first week of operation.
(2). Upon the initial operation of the system, the water supply valve should be opened first, and then wait until the system is filled with water before opening the return valve.
Valves for effective removal of impurities from pipelines.
(3). Discharge waste promptly based on the system's set pressure difference and concentration ratio; especially during summer.
(4). Absolutely no operation of equipment for extended periods without water; during system shutdown or seasonal shutdowns, use wet protection to prevent corrosion of the equipment and pipeline.
