5. Cutting Roll Positioning System: Utilizes Mitsubishi servo motors for control, precision ball screw for size positioning, and linear guide rail for supporting the knife holder; positioning action is smooth.
6. Knife Positioning System: Utilizes a Mitsubishi servo motor for knife control, enabling a humanized three-stage speed cutting process for rolling materials. Enhances efficiency and ensures quality.
7. Round Knife Angle Adjustment: Utilize Mitsubishi servo motor to calculate the round knife angle for turning, catering to different materials with varying angles (adjustment range ±8°). When the cutting plane is not ideal, the cutting angle can be directly changed. This can reduce the number of tool changes and improve production efficiency.
8. Auto-Tensioning Device: Driven by cylinders, the positioning teeth use sliding splines for transmission, ensuring quick reel changes; at the same time, it allows for reel changes without stopping the machine, saving downtime for loading and unloading materials, thus improving production efficiency.
9. Quick Change Axle Device: This machine offers three cutting shafts for selection, utilizing a quick change axle method to accommodate different material requirements.
