2. Central Control Unit: Utilizes programmable central control, capable of setting various coaxial sizes (20 modes) for one-time automatic conversion and cutting, achieving automatic completion without human operation.
3. Control Panel Section: The operation interface features a 10-inch LCD touch screen, allowing direct setting of various winding conditions and operational states on the screen.
4. Motor Control System: Central control system with PLC programmable controller, with various sizes available in the coaxial design, the computer automatically adjusts the cutting width during cutting.
5. Slitting Positioning System: Utilizes Japanese and European series brand servo motors for control, with precision imported ball screws for size positioning and linear slides to bear the knife holder, ensuring smooth positioning movement.
6. Knife Positioning System: Utilizes servo motors from Japanese and European brand series for controlling the cutting approach, enabling anthropomorphic three-stage speed cutting of rolls, enhancing efficiency and achieving quality.

Automatic Circular Knife Angle Adjustment: Utilizing servo motors from Japanese and European brand series to calculate the circular knife angle for different materials, allowing for various angle adjustments (±8° range). In cases of poor cutting planes, the cutting angle can be directly changed, reducing the number of blade changes, avoiding the hassle of manual angle adjustments, and enhancing production efficiency.
8. Quick Change Arbor: This machine offers two cutting arbors for selection, utilizing a quick change arbor system to accommodate various material requirements.
