2. Dust Removal System

3. Drying System
The internal scraper blade of the drum is made from high-temperature and wear-resistant material, ensuring even distribution of the curtain and sufficient heat exchange, resulting in a long service life.

4. Hot Aggregate Lifting System

5. Screening System

Design for excess material, triple protection: Sifting bin material level gauge, accurate monitoring; overflow pipeline, automatically releases material when full; excess/limit material channel, releases material when aggregate volume is too large or does not meet standards.
6. Measurement System
The aggregate scale utilizes a tensile force sensor for cumulative measurement, featuring an automatic correction for splashing errors. Large-tonnage equipment employs dual aggregate scales for simultaneous measurement, with high measurement accuracy.±2.5%。

7. Blender Tank

Features include recipe input and storage, automatic correction of splatter errors, parameter adjustment, weighing calibration, dynamic tracking of oil stone ratio, automatic fault diagnosis, automatic alarms, and numerical report printing functions.
