2. Dust Removal System

Over-temperature Protection System, Dual Protection:When the exhaust temperature is too high, the cold air valve automatically opens, and when the exhaust temperature is extremely high, the burner automatically shuts off.
3.DryingSystem
The internal scraping blades of the drum are made from high-temperature and wear-resistant materials, ensuring even distribution of the material curtain, thorough heat exchange, and a long service life.

4. Hot Aggregate Lifting System
The bucket elevator features a double-row chain structure, offering low noise, smooth operation, and a long service life.
The hopper is made of low-alloy high-strength structural steel, with wear-resistant strips added to the rim and treated with surfacing welding, ensuring robustness, stability, and a long service life.
5. Sifting System
Self-developed and independently designed double-axis linear vibration screenExcitingThe vibration motor is combined with a double horizontal shaft (eccentric shaft) design, offering efficient operation, quick and easy screen replacement, long service life, and maintenance-free bearings.
Excess Material Design, Triple Protection: Screening Storage Position Meters, accurate monitoring; Overflow Pipeline, automatically discharges excess material when full; Over/Excess Material Channels, discharges excess material when aggregate volume is too large or not up to standard.
6. Measurement System
The aggregate scale utilizes a tensile-type sensor for cumulative measurement, featuring an automatic correction function for splashing errors. Large-tonnage equipment employs dual aggregate scales for simultaneous measurement, with high measurement accuracy.±2.5%。
The powder material scale employs a three-point tension sensor for cumulative measurement, with an accuracy of±2%。
Bitumen scales are equipped with a three-point tension sensor, secondary tracking measurement, with measurement accuracy of±2%。
7. Mixing Vat

The finished goods warehouse is thermally insulated. When the ambient temperature is between 15-25°C, the temperature drop of the mixed material within 12 hours is ≤5°C.

German SIEMENS component PLC control cabinet, capable of automatic, semi-automatic, and manual control. Features include formula input storage, automatic correction of splatter errors, parameter adjustment, weighing calibration, dynamic tracking of oil stone ratios, automatic fault diagnosis, automatic alarm, and numerical report printing.
