Load deflection of 20mm and 40mm effectively eliminates mechanical structure vibration. The bottom anti-slip rubber is easy to install and highly secure, with easy control and adjustment of level, effectively eliminating floor vibration, and is also more affordable.

Installation Instructions for Damping Spring Shock Absorber: Before installing the damping spring shock absorber, please verify that the model and specifications of the shock absorber are correct. The compression amount of the shock absorber is generally between 10-25mm. After placing the shock absorber in the correct position, remove the fixing bolts first, then install the equipment's fixed feet on the shock absorber and secure them. Initially, secure the shock absorber with the base bolts, adjusting the height to ensure the equipment is level. Adjust the nuts by turning clockwise for upward and counterclockwise for downward to level the shock absorber. After leveling, connect the piping to the machine or the pipeline next to the water tower. If adding suspended pipes increases the load on the shock absorber, an additional XDD type pipeline shock absorber must be installed to prevent underloading of the shock absorber.
