The ZGT-type low-frequency damping steel spring damper consists of multiple combined spring groups, upper and lower steel plates, and rubber anti-slip pads adhered to the outer surface of the steel plates. Designed for overseas large-scale chillers with installation imbalance, low-speed power equipment, and significant disturbances, this product offers high installation flexibility, good stability, low natural frequency, and significant vibration isolation effects. It can be directly placed under the equipment during installation. If the power equipment disturbance is significant, adjust the center of gravity first, and then secure the damper base fixing holes with bolts to the foundation. The ZGT-type low-frequency damping steel spring damper has a vertical self-vibration frequency of 2.3Hz-4.9Hz under rated load, a damping ratio of 0.02-0.06, and a deflection up to 75mm, making it an ideal product for active vibration isolation.
Applicable Equipment: Chiller units, diesel generator sets, compressors, refrigeration units, air conditioning units, and other large-scale equipment.
Load Range: 30-10,000 Kg
