TI-30 User Instructions
1. Fill the hydraulic station's oil tank with 2/3 hydraulic oil, ensuring cleanliness during the process.
2. Please select lithium grease, calcium grease, or molybdenum disulfide grease based on your equipment's lubrication requirements. The penetration should not be less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm.
3. Power on the unit; the motor will rotate clockwise. Simply open the oil gun to begin operation. During operation, the green light will be on. To stop, close the oil gun; the red light will then illuminate.
4. Oil output is adjustable; increasing the distance between the two proximity switches extends the reversing time, reducing the oil output. Conversely, the oil output increases. Oil pressure is also adjustable; reducing the hydraulic overflow valve decreases the oil pressure. Normally, the hydraulic gauge should read around 2.5 MPa. The oil pressure should be set at 30 MPa for normal operation; if adjustment is needed, adjust the pressure relay valve or decrease it.
Four: Cautionary Notes
1. Oils must be clean and free of any impurities or hard lumps.
2. Do not adjust the overflow valve and pressure relay arbitrarily to avoid affecting normal operation.
3. When not in use for an extended period, please turn off the power and open the oil gun to relieve pressure to prevent damage to the oil lines, oil gun, and pressure gauge from prolonged pressure retention.
4. The grounding chain under the mobile wheel must always be kept in good condition to prevent electrical leakage and accidents.
