TI-30 Instructions
Fill the hydraulic station's oil tank with 2/3 hydraulic oil, and ensure cleanliness during refueling.
2. Please select lithium grease, calcium grease, or molybdenum disulfide grease based on the equipment's lubrication requirements. The penetration should not be less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm.
3. Power on, the motor rotates clockwise. Turn on the oil gun to start operation. During operation, the green light is on. Turn off the oil gun to stop operation; the red light will be on at this point.
4. Oil output is adjustable; increasing the distance between the two proximity switches extends the reversing time, reducing the oil output. Conversely, the oil output increases. Oil pressure is also adjustable; reducing the hydraulic overflow valve decreases the oil pressure, with the hydraulic gauge ideally set at 2.5 MPa under normal conditions. The oil pressure is normally adjusted to 30 MPa to stop operation; if adjustments are needed, adjust the pressure relay's pressure valve or reduce it.
4. Cautionary Notes
1. Oils must be clean and free of any impurities or hard particles.
2. Do not adjust the overflow valve and pressure relay arbitrarily to prevent affecting normal operation.
3. When not in use for an extended period, please turn off the power and open the oil gun to relieve pressure to prevent damage to the oil line, oil gun, and pressure gauge due to long-term pressure retention.
4. Ensure the grounding chain under the mobile wheel stand is always in good condition to prevent electrical leakage and accidents.
