Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter Equipment Introduction:

A rubber belt vacuum filter is an efficient separation device that utilizes filter cloth as the filtering medium, taking full advantage of material gravity sedimentation and vacuum suction to achieve solid-liquid separation.

Operating Principle:

This equipment utilizes a fixed vacuum box. The annular rubber belt is continuously driven by a motor over the vacuum box. The filter cloth is laid on the belt and runs synchronously. The belt contacts the friction belt on the sliding platform of the vacuum box, forming a water-tight seal. The slurry is evenly distributed onto the filter cloth by the distributor. When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, a vacuum filtration zone is formed on the belt. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth, collects in the transverse grooves on the belt, and enters the vacuum chamber through small holes, while solid particles are retained on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is discharged through a steam-liquid separator. As the rubber belt press filter moves, the formed filter cake sequentially enters the filter cake washing area and the belt dewatering machine. The filter cloth is separated from the belt, and the filter cake is discharged at the discharge roller using a scraper. The filter cloth from which the filter cake has been discharged is cleaned and regenerated, then re-enters the filter zone after passing through a set of supporting rollers and a deflection correction device, initiating a new round of filtration.
