The REVOLEX KX-D Elastic Bushing Coupling is made of steel and is a fail-safe coupling.

REVOLEX shaft couplings and bushes are made of steel, suitable for circumferential speeds up to 60 m/s. For example, industrial fans with direct drive, in addition to high performance, also require high speed.

The key connection is a standard shaft-hub connection.

REVOLEX is made of steel and can be customized for special sizes; we can freely define the diameter and length.

Additionally, special steel materials can be selected. For instance, couplings with pins and bushes made from high-strength steel (such as 42CrMo4) or steel with special impact strength have been implemented for low-temperature applications (oil drilling platforms, Arctic belt drives). Moreover, the steel meets the 3.1+3.2 acc. DIN EN 10204 for marine use, such as for the bow thrusters of large cruise ships (propellers).

Supplying REVOLEX® KX-D elastic shaft couplings made of steel, available in sizes from 75 to 330. Special diameters and lengths can be provided.
