Product Introduction
Integrated Rainwater Pump Station, also known as an Integrated Pump Station, Integrated Pre-fabricated Pump Station, Integrated Lift Pump Station, and Integrated Sewage Pump Station, is designed for underground use to collect rainwater and sewage, then mix them for preliminary treatment, and finally, pressurize and lift the treated sewage through pipelines to the sewage treatment plant.
Integrated pump stations provide potential and pressure energy for water, addressing issues such as drainage, irrigation, and water resource allocation under non-spontaneous flow conditions. As the mainstream solution, traditional concrete pump stations are used in drainage systems. Over time, however, traditional pump stations have revealed some insurmountable drawbacks during long-term operation, such as easy corrosion of pool walls, sedimentation of impurities in the pump pit, and low integration difficulty, making effective management and monitoring challenging.
An integrated pumping station is a prefabricated, underground-mounted pumping station that is fully customized according to the specific requirements of the customer and is manufactured in the factory. Our company, PinYue Environmental Protection, is now capable of producing pump stations with a variety of materials: fiberglass reinforced plastic integrated pumping stations, PPH integrated pumping stations, HMPP integrated pumping stations,Submersible pump station with integrated pump, grating, piping, valves, instruments, control equipment, and maintenance facilities, etc., significantly ensures the cost-effectiveness and operational reliability of the system. Whether it's for urban flood prevention, rainwater and wastewater collection and treatment, etc., the integrated pump station has numerous successful operational cases.
Two, Product Principle
The liquid level information from the pressure sensor or float ball feedback pump station is transmitted to the control system, which then adjusts the pump's on/off operation based on set operational parameters. When the liquid level reaches the predetermined level for pump activation, the control system initiates the pump, thereby pumping wastewater from the pump station to the municipal wastewater pipeline outlet. If the wastewater level falls below the set level, the system shuts down the pump. This continuous cycle ensures the smooth operation of the integrated pump station.
Three, the primary function of an integrated pumping station:
1. Collect urban rainwater, river water, and lake water to prevent waterlogging due to rising water levels, and then transport the water to waterworks, residential use, and agricultural irrigation for municipal water accumulation.
2. Collect raw sewage directly discharged from municipal factories and residential areas, mix it using grates and submersible sewage pumps within the sewage pump station, ensuring there are no sediment or blockages in the pipes, and then boost the water level and pressure to transport it to the sewage treatment plant.
The wastewater treatment plant's role is to receive wastewater from pumping stations, which then undergoes filtration and disinfection processes before being transported to the recycled water channel for industrial use and toilet flushing.
Four, integrated pump station installation method
Based on different operating conditions, different installation methods are adopted to ensure the long service life and high efficiency of the integrated pump station to a great extent. In normal circumstances, it is recommended to use:
1. Full-in内置subsurface wet well pump station installation method, in addition, other methods can be adopted.
External Valve Wet Well Pump Station
3. Separate Dry and Wet Pumping Stations
4. Pump stations with installation methods including maintenance rooms
Customers may decide the specific installation method of the integrated pumping station based on the design or the actual field usage.
Five, Main Application Environments
1. Collection and conveyance of wastewater from residential or rural communities
2. Collection and conveyance of wastewater from urban sewage treatment plants
3. Collection and conveyance of rainwater from low-lying areas in urban districts
4. Construction and renovation of municipal wastewater pipeline systems
5. Renovation and Expansion of the Old Pump Station
6. Lake water cycle
Six, data required for pump station customization:
1. Pump Station Inflow Q (tons/day), with a significant coefficient of variation
2. Quantity and head of required pumps, one for use and one for backup, or two for use and one for backup
3. Outdoor ground elevation H0 (meters), or relative elevation ±0.00 (meters) may also be used.
4. External pipe connection bottom elevation H1 (meters), external pipe connection diameter DN
5. External outlet pipe height H2 (meters), external outlet pipe diameter DN
6. Selected grate type, basket grate or crushing grate
7. Type of control cabinet, outdoor rainproof control cabinet or landscape management room
