One, Product Introduction

The treated sewage is then pressurized and lifted through pipelines for delivery to a sewage treatment plant.
Integrated pump stations provide potential and pressure energy for water, solving problems such as drainage, irrigation, and water resource allocation under non-spontaneous flow conditions. As the mainstream technology, traditional concrete pump stations are used in drainage systems. 2. Product Principle
The liquid level information from the pressure sensor or float ball feedback to the control system is then used to adjust the pump operation based on the set parameters. When the liquid level reaches the predetermined level for pump activation, the control system initiates the pump, pumping wastewater from the pump station to the municipal wastewater pipeline outlet. If the wastewater level falls below the set level, the system shuts down the pump. This continuous cycle ensures the smooth operation of the integrated pump station.
Three, the primary function of the integrated pumping station:
1. Collect urban rainwater, river water, and lake water to prevent waterlogging due to rising water levels, and then transport the water to waterworks, residential use, and agricultural irrigation for municipal drainage.
2. Collects wastewater directly discharged from municipal factories and residential areas, mixing it using grates and submersible pumps at the wastewater pumping stations to prevent blockages like sludge in the pipelines.
