Integrated Rainwater Pumping Station, also known as an Integrated Pumping Station, Integrated Pre-fabricated Pumping Station, Integrated Lift Pumping Station, and Integrated Sewage Pumping Station, is buried underground for collecting rainwater and sewage. It then undergoes mixing and other preliminary treatment before the treated sewage is pressurized and lifted for transportation through pipelines to the sewage treatment plant.
Integrated pump stations provide potential and pressure energy for water, addressing the issues of drainage, water supply, and water resource allocation under non-spontaneous flow conditions. As the mainstream solution today, traditional concrete pump stations are used in drainage systems. Over time, traditional pump stations have also revealed some drawbacks that are difficult to overcome, such as easy corrosion of pool walls, sedimentation of impurities in the pump pit, and low integration difficulty, making effective management and monitoring challenging.
An integrated pumping station is a pre-fabricated, underground-type pumping station that is fully customized to meet the specific requirements of the customer and is assembled at the factory. 2. Product Principle
The liquid level information from the pressure sensor or float ball feedback to the control system is then used to adjust the pump's on/off operation based on the set parameters. When the liquid level reaches the set level for pump activation, the control system initiates the pump, pumping wastewater from the pump station to the municipal wastewater pipeline outlet. If the wastewater pumping falls below the set level, the system shuts down the pump. This continuous cycle ensures the smooth operation of the integrated pump station.
Three, the primary function of the integrated pumping station:
1. Collect urban rainwater, river water, and lake water to prevent waterlogging due to rising water levels, and then transport the water to waterworks, residential use, and agricultural irrigation for municipal water accumulation.
2. Collects wastewater directly discharged from municipal factories and residential areas, mixing it using grates and submersible pumps at the wastewater pump station. This ensures the pipes are free of silt and blockages, and the water level is increased for pressurized transport to the wastewater treatment plant.
The wastewater treatment plant's role is to receive sewage transported from pumping stations, undergo processes such as filtration and disinfection, and then be sent to the reclaimed water channel for industrial use and toilet flushing.
