1. Product Introduction
Integrated Rainwater Pumping Station, also known as an Integrated Pump Station, Integrated Pre-Made Pump Station, Integrated Lift Pump Station, and Integrated Sewage Pump Station, is designed for buried installation to collect rainwater and sewage. It performs preliminary mixing and treatment before boosting the treated sewage to increase pressure and transporting it through pipelines to the wastewater treatment plant.
Integrated pump stations provide potential and pressure energy for water, addressing the issues of drainage, water supply, and water resource allocation under non-spontaneous flow conditions. As the mainstream solution today, traditional concrete pump stations are used in drainage systems. Over time, traditional pump stations have also exposed some drawbacks that are difficult to overcome, such as easy corrosion of pool walls, sedimentation of impurities in the pump pit, and low integration difficulty, making effective management and monitoring challenging.
An integrated pumping station is a prefabricated, underground pump station tailored to the specific requirements of the customer, fully assembled at the factory and delivered after installation. Our company, PinYue Environmental Protection, can now produce pump stations in various materials: fiberglass reinforced plastic integrated pumping stations, PPH integrated pumping stations, HMPP integrated pumping stations, and buried box-pump integrated fire fighting pump stations, etc. They are internally equipped with pumps, grates, pipelines, valves, instruments, control equipment, and maintenance facilities, ensuring a high degree of cost-effectiveness and operational reliability of the system. With numerous successful operation cases, integrated pumping stations are widely used in urban waterlogging prevention, rainwater and wastewater collection and treatment, and other fields.
Section 2: Product Principle
The liquid level information from the pressure sensor or float ball feedback to the control system is then used to adjust the pump operation based on pre-set parameters. When the liquid level reaches the set level for pump activation, the control system initiates the pump, thereby pumping wastewater from the pump station to the municipal wastewater pipeline outlet. If the wastewater level falls below the set level, the system shuts down the pump. This continuous cycle ensures the smooth operation of the integrated pump station.
Three, the primary function of the integrated pumping station:
1. Collect urban rainwater, river water, and lake water to prevent waterlogging caused by rising water levels, then transport the water to water purification plants, residential use, and agricultural irrigation for municipal water storage.
2. Collects wastewater directly discharged from municipal factories and residential areas, mixes it through格栅 and submersible pumps at the wastewater pumping station, ensuring pipeline clearance of sludge and other obstructions, and boosts water level to increase pressure for delivery to the wastewater treatment plant.
The wastewater treatment plant's function is to receive wastewater from pumping stations, undergo filtration, disinfection, and other processes before being delivered to the recycled water channel for industrial use and toilet flushing.
Four, Integrated Pump Station Installation Method
Based on different operating conditions, varying installation methods are adopted to greatly ensure the long service life and high efficiency of the integrated pump station. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to use:
1. Installation of fully integrated sub-surface wet well pump stations; in addition, other methods can be adopted.
External Valve Wet Well Pump Station
3. Dry and wet separation pump station
4. Pump stations with installation options including maintenance rooms
Customers can decide the specific installation method of the integrated pumping station based on the design or the specific on-site usage.
Five, Main Application Environment
Collection and conveyance of wastewater from residential areas or rural communities
2. Wastewater collection and conveyance from urban wastewater treatment plants
3. Collection and conveyance of rainwater from low-lying areas in urban districts
4. Construction and Renovation of Municipal Sewerage Networks
5. Renovation and Expansion of the Old Pump Station
6. Lake water cycle
Six, data required for pump station customization:
1. Pump station inflow Q (tons/day), quite large with a variation coefficient
2. Quantity and head of required pumps, one for use and one for backup, or two for use and one for backup
3. Outdoor ground elevation H0 (meters), or relative elevation ±0.00 (meters) may also be used.
4. External inlet pipe outlet bottom elevation H1 (meters), external inlet pipe diameter DN
5. Outflow pipe outlet elevation H2 (meters), outflow pipe outlet diameter DN
6. Selected grate type: Basket Grate or Crushing Grate
7. Control cabinet type, outdoor weatherproof control cabinet or landscape management room
