Product Introduction
Integrated rainwater pumping station, also known as an integrated pumping station, integrated precast pumping station, integrated lifting pumping station, and integrated sewage pumping station, utilizes underground installation for collecting rainwater and sewage. It then undergoes mixing and other preliminary treatment before the treated sewage is pressurized and lifted for transportation through pipelines to the wastewater treatment plant.
Integrated pump stations provide potential and pressure energy for water, solving problems such as drainage, water supply, and water resource allocation under conditions without natural flow. As the mainstream option currently, traditional concrete pump stations are applied in drainage systems. Over time, traditional pump stations have exposed some insurmountable drawbacks during long-term operation, such as easy corrosion of pool walls, sedimentation of impurities in the pump pit, and low integration difficulty, making it challenging to achieve effective management and monitoring.
An integrated pumping station is a pre-fabricated, underground pumping station, fully customized to meet the specific requirements of the customer and produced in the factory. Section II: Product Principle
The liquid level information from pressure sensors or float ball feedback to the control system is then adjusted by the operating parameters set by the control system to regulate the pump's on/off operation. When the liquid level reaches the system-set level to activate the pump, the control system initiates the pump, thereby pumping wastewater from the pump station to the municipal sewage pipeline outlet. When the wastewater pumping falls below the system-set level, the system controls the pump to stop. This cyclic operation ensures the smooth running of the integrated pump station.
Three, the primary function of the integrated pump station:
1. Harvest city rainwater, river water, and lake water to prevent waterlogging due to rising water levels, and then transport the water to waterworks, residential use, and agricultural irrigation for municipal runoff.
2. Collect wastewater directly discharged from municipal factories and residential areas, mix it through grates and submersible pumps in the wastewater pumping station, ensure no sediment or blockages in the pipes, and increase water level and pressure to transport it to the wastewater treatment plant.
The wastewater treatment plant's function is to receive wastewater transported from pumping stations, then undergo filtration and disinfection processes before being sent to the recycled water channel for industrial use and toilet flushing.

Based on varying operating conditions, different installation methods are adopted to ensure the long service life and high efficiency of the integrated pump station to a great extent. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to use:
