Section 1: Product Introduction

Integrated Rainwater Pumping Station, also known as an Integrated Pumping Station, Integrated Pre-fabricated Pumping Station, Integrated Lift Pumping Station, and Integrated Sewage Pumping Station, is buried underground for collecting rainwater and sewage, then pre-treated by mixing. The treated sewage is then pressurized and lifted, and transported through pipelines to the sewage treatment plant.

Integrated pump stations provide potential and pressure energy for water, addressing issues such as drainage, irrigation, and water resource allocation under non-spontaneous flow conditions. As the mainstream solution, traditional concrete pump stations are used in drainage systems. Over time, traditional pump stations have also revealed some insurmountable drawbacks during long-term operation, such as easy corrosion of pool walls, sedimentation of impurities in the pump pit, and low integration difficulty, making effective management and monitoring challenging.

An integrated pumping station is a prefabricated, underground pumping station tailored to the specific customer requirements and fully assembled in the factory before shipment. Section Two: Product Principle

The liquid level information from the pressure sensor or float ball feedback to the control system is then used to adjust the pump operation based on the set parameters. When the liquid level reaches the predetermined level for pump activation, the control system initiates the pump, pumping wastewater from the pump station to the municipal sewage pipeline outlet. If the wastewater level falls below the set level, the system shuts down the pump. This continuous cycle ensures the smooth operation of the integrated pump station.

Three, the primary function of an integrated pumping station:

1. Harvest urban rainwater, river water, and lake water to prevent waterlogging caused by rising water levels, then transport the water to water purification plants, residential use, and agricultural irrigation for municipal water storage.

2. Collects wastewater directly discharged from municipal factories and residential areas, then mixes it using格栅 and submersible pumps within the wastewater pumping station. This ensures that pipelines are free of silt and blockages, and increases water level and pressure for delivery to the wastewater treatment plant.

The wastewater treatment plant's function is to receive wastewater from the pumping stations, then proceed with filtration, disinfection, and other steps before delivering it to the reclaimed water channel for industrial use and toilet flushing.

Four, integrated pumping station installation method

Based on different operational conditions, different installation methods are adopted to ensure the long lifespan and high efficiency of the integrated pump station to a great extent. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to use:
