Product Introduction
Integrated Rainwater Pump Station, also known as an Integrated Pump Station, Integrated Pre-fabricated Pump Station, Integrated Lift Pump Station, and Integrated Sewage Pump Station, is buried underground for collecting rainwater and wastewater. It then undergoes mixing and preliminary treatment before the treated wastewater is pressurized and lifted for transportation through pipelines to the wastewater treatment plant.
Integrated pumping stations provide potential and pressure energy for water, solving problems related to drainage, irrigation, water supply, and water resource allocation under non-gravity conditions. As the mainstream option currently, traditional concrete pumping stations are used in drainage systems. Over time, traditional pumping stations have also revealed some insurmountable drawbacks during long-term operation, such as easy corrosion of pool walls, sedimentation of impurities in the pump pit, and low integration difficulty, making effective management and monitoring challenging.
An integrated pumping station is a pre-fabricated, underground pump station that is fully customized according to the customer's specific requirements and manufactured in the factory. Section II: Product Principle
The liquid level information from the pressure sensor or float ball feedback to the control system is then used to adjust the pump operation based on the set parameters. When the liquid level reaches the predetermined level for pump activation, the control system initiates the pump, pumping wastewater from the pump station to the municipal wastewater pipeline outlet. If the wastewater level falls below the set level, the system shuts down the pump. This continuous cycle ensures the smooth operation of the integrated pump station.
Three, the primary function of the integrated pumping station:
1. Collect urban rainwater, river water, and lake water to prevent waterlogging due to rising water levels, and then transport the water to waterworks, residential use, and agricultural irrigation for municipal drainage.
2. Collect wastewater directly discharged from municipal factories and residential areas, mix it through格栅 and submersible pumps in the wastewater pumping stations, ensuring that pipelines are free of sludge and other obstructions, and then boost and pressurize the water level for transportation to the wastewater treatment plant.
