1. The mold installation workbench utilizes a four-post guide positioning system for stability and balancing force. Below the mold, a multi-point lever principle is employed, with hydraulic cylinder thrust facilitating the lifting and lowering of the workbench, ensuring smooth vertical movement of the mold. The operation sequence is: ascending, molding, cutting, descending, and demolding.
2. The heating oven is divided into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber has 12 horizontal rows and 9 vertical zones, while the lower chamber has 9 horizontal zones and 11 vertical rows. The temperature controller achieves PID automatic temperature control adjustment with a temperature control error of less than 1.5°C.
4The heater utilizes an embedded ceramic far-infrared radiation component, offering high thermal efficiency and safety.
5The feeding section utilizes a variable-frequency motor for conveying, with the length calculated by an encoder. The conveying chain track is equipped with an internally concealed cooling water system, ensuring high cooling efficiency while saving water resources. The inner cover is made of stainless steel, and the guide chain tracks are made of die steel, featuring a surface nitriding treatment for high working surface hardness and extended lifespan.
6The control system utilizes a PLC with a touch screen human-machine interface, featuring a low center of gravity design, low cup dispensing height, smooth operation, and an ideal height for standing and observing.
8. The airway control section uses imported SMC valves (from Japan), which offer high precision, long lifespan, strong responsiveness, and can ensure stable machine operation under high-frequency operation.
