Description

The coating workshop is primarily divided into the coating head workshop, coating winding and unwinding workshop, two-layer oven workshop, adhesive mixing workshop, slitting and re-winding workshop, aging workshop, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, etc. The coating purification workshop, based on the requirements of cleanliness, temperature and humidity, and simultaneous usage rates in various areas, sets up the purification air conditioning system in a regional manner and integrates centralized control, offering flexible and convenient operation.

The adhesive used in the coating head workshop and adhesive mixing workshop typically contains flammable and explosive solvents with a strong odor. High solvent concentrations in the workshop pose a fire and explosion risk and can reduce the comfort of the operators. To lower the concentration of flammable and explosive solvents and prevent the spread of刺激性 gases to other areas, air conditioning systems in the coating head and adhesive mixing areas are generally designed with a fresh air + exhaust system, without recirculation, and set to a slight negative pressure in relation to adjacent workshops.

Due to the large amount of fresh air required in the workshop and the heat transfer from the curing area in the coating workshop causing the workshop temperature to rise, an appropriate amplification factor should be used when designing the cooling capacity. In the area where the reel handling personnel operate, additional air outlets can be added for local cooling, but the outlets must not be placed above.

The second-level oven operates in a high-temperature area with a significant heat output. When a steel plate partition is required in this area, the heat cannot dissipate, leading to accumulated heat that increases the internal temperature of the partition. This will accelerate the aging and damage of internal equipment components and prevent personnel from entering the second floor for maintenance operations during startup. Therefore, a new air and exhaust system is needed for the second floor to enhance air circulation and reduce temperatures.

The coating process can generally be divided into steps such as unrolling, dust removal, corona treatment, adhesive application, leveling, curing, secondary unrolling, lamination, stock rolling, winding, aging, cutting, and re-winding.

Head area: Static 1,000 class, temperature 23°C ±2, humidity 55% ±5.

Coating Area: Static Class 10,000, temperature 23°C ±2, humidity uncontrolled.

Cutting Workshop: Static Class 10, temperature 23°C ±3, humidity uncontrolled.
