How to apply Sikacryl Grout:
1. Prepare mixers, grouting equipment, molds, and maintenance items. Clear the grouting space and pre-wet the concrete surface beforehand.
2. Set up formwork and seal the connections with cement (sand) mortar and plastic tape to ensure no leakage or slurry渗漏.
3. Add water to the slurry at a rate of 12-15% of its weight and mix (mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes, manual mixing for over 5 minutes).
4. Pour the well-mixed grout into the grouting area from one direction. Use bamboo sticks or steel rods for guidance if necessary, and gently vibrate or tap the formwork as needed.
5. After construction is completed, cover with a plastic film immediately and then place a thatched curtain or cotton blanket for 3-7 days of moist curing.
6. Operating Temperature.
The strength of Sikal's grouting material is primarily determined by the mix ratio, water-cement ratio, aggregate, admixtures, density, and subsequent maintenance. The mix ratio, through rational mix design, enhances the strength of the grout. The water-cement ratio is directly proportional to the compressive strength of the grout and the strength of the cement used. According to the formula, when the water-cement ratio is equal, grout made with high-strength cement has significantly higher compressive strength than that made with low-strength cement. Additionally, the water-cement ratio is also directly proportional to the strength of the grout. Therefore, it is incorrect to attempt to increase concrete strength by merely increasing cement dosage when the water-cement ratio remains constant; at this point, only the workability, shrinkage, and deformation of the grout can be affected.

Early strength, high strength: compressive strength of 30-50 MPa can be achieved in 1-3 days.
2. High fluidity: Can fill all voids, meeting the requirements for secondary grouting of equipment.
3. Micro-expansive: Ensures tight contact between the equipment and foundation, no shrinkage after secondary grouting. High bonding strength, grip force with round steel not less than 6Mpa.
4. Winter construction feasible: Outdoor work is permitted at temperatures as low as -10°C.
5. High Durability: This product is an inorganic binder material with a service life longer than that of basic concrete. After over one million fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycles, there is no significant change in strength. The strength is notably improved after soaking in engine oil for 30 days.
