Xikas Grouting Material Product Features and Maintenance Tips:
1. Good fluidity with an initial flow rate less than 17s, no shrinkage, self-compaction, high strength, no bleeding, no segregation.
2. Excellent durability; inorganic grouting material, no aging, no corrosion to steel bars, durable and strong.
3. The slurry has characteristics of full early strength and slight expansion.

What is the difference between grouting agent and grouting material?
Grouting agents possess excellent properties including slight expansion, no shrinkage, high fluidity, self-compaction, low bleeding rate, high filling degree, thin bubble layer with small diameter, high strength, anti-rust and rust-proof, low alkali and chlorine-free, high bonding strength, and environmental friendliness. They are free from harmful components such as oxides, chlorides, sulfites, and nitrites for steel reinforcement. These agents are refined from high-performance plasticizers, surfactants, calcium silicate micro-expansion agents, hydration heat inhibitors, migrating rust-proof agents, nano-sized mineral silicate aluminum calcium iron powder, and stabilizers, or compounded with refined low-alkali, low-heat silicate cements.

Features of Sikacem Grouting Material:
Early strength, high strength: Compressive strength of 30-50 MPa can be achieved in 1-3 days.
2. High fluidity: Can fill all voids, meeting the requirements for secondary grouting of equipment.
3. Micro-expansive: Ensures tight contact between equipment and foundation, no shrinkage after secondary grouting. High bonding strength, grip force with round steel not less than 6Mpa.
4. Suitable for winter construction: Outdoor work is permitted at temperatures as low as -10°C.
5. Durable: This product is an inorganic binder material with a service life longer than that of basic concrete. After millions of fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycles, there is no significant change in strength. The strength increases notably after soaking in engine oil for 30 days.
