The HRPS stainless steel pumping station is made of 304 or 316 material, featuring compact size, high efficiency, and intelligence. Compared to traditional pumping stations, it requires less civil engineering work, has a shorter manufacturing and installation cycle, and can reduce investment by more than half. Easy to install and reliable in quality, it serves as a substitute for traditional concrete sewage lifting pumping stations.

Each stainless steel pumping station is designed based on the customer-provided data to ensure the operational conditions meet the usage requirements.

New material

The stainless steel pump station cylinder structure is made of 304 or 316 material, with a surface passivation and sandblasting treatment for corrosion resistance.

Accessories Standard

All components are pre-fabricated in our factory, including pressure piping, inspection platforms, inlets and outlets for water pipes, etc. Quality assurance is ensured through testing before shipment.

Highly integrated

Stainless steel pump station, as an integrated unit, is supplied as a complete set including: pump station cylinder, pressure pipeline, maintenance platform, maintenance ladder, grille device, coupling system, ventilation equipment, anti-slip manhole cover, and more.

Aesthetically pleasing

The stainless steel pump station is fully buried underground, with only maintenance openings and control boxes visible on the ground. An optional scenic management room can also be placed above ground to harmonize with the surrounding environment.

Cost savings

The pump station is supplied as a complete set, with all internal installation and debugging work completed at the factory. On-site, only the overall installation of the pump station is required, reducing the construction period and engineering costs, and lowering the overall investment for the owner.

Service Life

The pump station cylinder and internal components are made of SUS304 or SUS316 material, requiring no maintenance, with a normal service life of over 20 years.

Pump stations are equipped with Grundfos, German Wilo, U.S. FLYGT, as well as domestic Shanghai Kaquan and Shanghai Dongfang brands, ensuring quality.

Grille configurations include lift grate, crushing grate, and rotary grate.

Valves and pipes are both made of 304 stainless steel.

Pumps and grates are all equipped with guide rails for quick removal and installation during maintenance.
