Product Introduction

The Ladder Gate, also known as the Ladder Gate Valve or Ladder Gate, consists of multiple individual gate plates that are stacked horizontally into the gate channel to form a flat water-blocking structure. The Ladder Gate has a simple structure, is lightweight, requires minimal lifting force, and is easy to transport. However, due to the reliance on the weight of the gate plates for water-tightness, the overall integrity of the water-blocking structure is poor, and the water-sealing is less reliable compared to steel gates, with a slightly higher leakage rate. Therefore, the Ladder Gate is suitable for use as a temporary water barrier or for maintenance purposes.

The double-leaf gates are available in two types: the standard type and the type with a pre-tensioning device. The double-leaf gates with a pre-tensioning device feature a sliding track on the gate groove, allowing each gate leaf to slide smoothly down the track, thus preventing misalignment of the double-leaf panels. Additionally, on both sides of the upstream of the double-leaf gate, there are pre-tensioning devices that ensure the double-leaf panels are tightly sealed against the gate groove, enhancing the water-sealing effect. The double-leaf gates with pre-tensioning devices offer better water-sealing performance than the standard type.
