Hydraulic rotary weir gate

Product Description
The hydraulic rotary weir gate, also known as an adjustable weir plate, is used in pipelines, box culverts, or channels. It serves functions such as flushing, preventing backflow, and regulating flow. The gate is driven and controlled by an actuating cylinder, which not only saves underground excavation space but also ensures a reliable seal. The actuating cylinder can be equipped with an automatic control system for unattended automatic operation. Water from upstream overflows from the top of the gate, which can be raised or lowered as needed and can stop at any position to control the distribution of water flow or adjust the upstream water level. It can achieve multiple functions, including flushing, water level control, and flow control.
The Liquid Rotation Weir Gate System primarily consists of weir gates, hydraulic systems (including hydraulic stations and accessories), ultrasonic liquid level gauges, and control systems, designed for easy maintenance. By monitoring data through instruments, it automatically diverts rainwater and wastewater to their respective pipelines, achieving the function of "completely intercepting all pollutants during summer, discarding initial rainwater, and fully direct discharging during the rainy season." It is an essential facility for the end-of-pipe treatment technology for non-point source pollution.
Principle of Operation
On sunny days, part of the wastewater flows through a hydraulic flow control gate into the sewage pipeline, achieving zero direct discharge of wastewater on sunny days.
During rainfall, the initial surface runoff is quite dirty and can pollute river water if it enters. Use a rain gauge to determine the amount of rainfall, allowing the dirty initial runoff to enter the sewage pipes.
During the later stages of rainfall, the water is relatively clean. It can be directly discharged into the river through the liquid-actuated rotating weir gate, reducing the load on the sewage network and ensuring its normal operation.
Application Scope
Hydraulic rotary weirs are used in pipelines, culverts, or channels (with culverts being more common). They serve the functions of intercepting flow, preventing backflow, and regulating the flow rate.
Product Features and Functions
1. Compact structure; weir gate rotates for opening, without occupying upper installation space; does not affect the landscape on the ground.
2. The weir gate can be stopped at any height position
3. The weir gate can be locally or remotely monitored
4. Bidirectional Sealing
5. The sill gate is mainly made of stainless steel welding, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
6. Easy maintenance and upkeep, with a long service life.
