Product Introduction

Integrated double-layer steel plate shear wall interception well for sponge city construction, black and odorous water body treatment, intelligent drainage, and rainwater and wastewater separation treatment projects. It achieves automatic switching and separation of rainwater and wastewater within the rainwater pipeline, allowing the front-end wastewater and a small amount of initial rainwater in the rainwater pipeline to enter the wastewater pipeline, preventing wastewater from flowing into rivers, lakes, and other natural water bodies. This also avoids a large volume of rainwater entering the wastewater pipeline, which increases the load on wastewater treatment plants. It purifies natural water bodies while saving resources for wastewater treatment, making it a product for sponge city construction, black and odorous water body treatment, and natural water purification.

Main Components

The integrated double-layer steel plate shear wall interception well is primarily composed of a housing, interception gate, rainfall gate, inlet grille, sewage lifting device, hydraulic control system, pressure sensor, rainfall gauge, rainproof control cabinet, and intelligent cloud monitoring platform. The housing employs a double-layer steel plate combined shear wall structure, which is an evolved form from a single-layer steel plate combined shear wall. It is formed by high-speed contact welding to connect the shear force between two steel plates, and after the two steel plate walls are installed, concrete is filled between the double steel plates, and bolts are used to tightly couple the sheared plate with the concrete, forming a high shear strength combined steel plate shear wall structure. Operating Principle

The pump station cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel with full-welded construction and surface sandblasting passivation treatment. It is produced mechanically, ready for shipment, corrosion-resistant, easy to install, shortening the construction period, occupying less land area, and replacing traditional brick-lined wells or reinforced concrete wells. The weir gates for intercepting and discharging waste water use 304 stainless steel flat flow control gates, offering good sealing and hydraulic drive with sufficient power for smooth opening and closing. The sewage lifting device employs a coupling mechanism, with valves and pipes made of 304 stainless steel, making installation and maintenance convenient. To prevent pump blockage by debris, a 304 stainless steel lifting basket grate is installed at the inlet, intercepting large debris. The lifting basket is connected with a specialized coupling hook, which can be lifted along the guide rod without entering the well for cleaning. The monitoring system uses pressure sensors and rain gauges for control, allowing gate opening to be regulated by rainfall intensity or by monitoring井下 liquid level changes through the pressure sensor, achieving连锁 control and ensuring accuracy. The control system utilizes an intelligent cloud platform for remote operation and monitoring, enabling unattended operation and multi-point monitoring control.

Principle of Operation

On sunny days, the intercepting gate is open and the stormwater gate is closed. Partially treated wastewater flows into the sewage pipeline through the intercepting port or is lifted into the pipeline by the wastewater lifting device, achieving zero direct discharge of wastewater on sunny days.

During rainfall, the initial surface runoff is quite dirty, which could pollute the river water if it enters. By using a rainfall gauge to determine the amount of rainfall or a hydraulic sensor to detect the water level in the well, the gate for intercepting pollutants and the stormwater gate can be delayed in opening, ensuring that the dirty initial runoff is channeled into the sewage pipes.

During the later stages of rainfall, the water is relatively clean. When the water level in the well is detected to be above the set level by the hydraulic sensor, close the intercepting gate and open the stormwater gate to allow the rainwater to flow into the river channel. Once the rainfall stops and the water level in the well decreases, when it reaches the set low water level, open the intercepting gate and close the stormwater gate, restoring to the initial state.

Product Features

During rainy weather, when the wastewater pipe level is high, it's prone to overflow into the rivercourse. At this point, the rainwater gate is automatically closed via the liquid level signal in the intercepting pump station, preventing wastewater from spilling into the rivercourse.

During high flood season when river channel water levels are elevated, it's prone to backflow into the sewage pipes. At this time, the weir gate is automatically closed by water level signals to prevent river water from backing up.

The automated system utilizes a professional SCADA system, which may enable the following functions:
