CEMS flue gas sampling analysis heating pipes are used for emissions measurement. During the combustion process, coal produces gases such as SO2, NO, and CO. During the sampling process, as the flue gas temperature drops to a certain level, the steam condenses into water. Since SO2 can react with water to form sulfurous acid, the presence of water in the sampling line not only affects measurement accuracy but also severely impacts the lifespan of the analytical instruments. To prevent steam condensation in the flue gas, it is crucial to maintain the temperature above the condensation point. To avoid steam condensation into water in the sampling line, all sampling lines are equipped with heating devices, and controlling the temperature is particularly important.
